Antoine is the founder of I&P Management in 2002 and is currently its Managing Director. I&PM manages €48m of private equity assets in Mauritius and the region. Antoine has successfully completed his higher business studies at ESCP-Europe in France and earned an M.B.A. from INSEAD, in France.
From 1988 to 1994, Antoine was a Manager at Bain & Co. Previously from 1984 to 1987, he was the Deputy Financial Director of the French sugar group Saint Louis. From 1995 to 2001, Antoine has purchased and managed several textile companies in Madagascar and has achieved successful disposals of his businesses. He lives in Mauritius since 2002.

Olivier was involved in the insurance industry for the last 30 years. He was the Chief Executive of a general insurance company during 20 years and was President of The Insurers' Association for four years when he represented the Association on the Joint Economic Council (JEC) and at The Mauritius Employers' Federation (MEF). Olivier was also the MD of a Mauritian firm specialised in the administration of medical plans. He now serves on the board and committees of a number of companies operating in the financial services sector

Renaud is the founder and managing director of Confident Asset Management since 1997. He holds a BSc. Agric from the University of Natal and an MBA from INSEAD (France). Prior to his tenure at Confident, Renaud was Head of Private Banking at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild (OI) Ltée in 1995-97 and an Agri-Business Manager at Shell Mauritius Limited from 1990 to 1994.

Miro is an attorney at law and Head of the law firm Mahons SA in Mauritius. He holds a BA and an LLB from Wits University in Johannesburg and an MBA from the University of Birmingham in the UK. Miro has over 20 years of law practice experience, specialising in corporate finance and private equity. He lives in Mauritius since 2004 and is now a Mauritian citizen
