He worked previously as Head of Private Banking with Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild (OI) Ltée and was an agri-business manager for the Shell Group in Mauritius.

Diploma of Accounting & Cert.III in Financial Services (Chisholm Institute, Australia), Diploma in Financial Services Management & Professional Investment Certificate (Institute of Financial Services, UK). After a career of 14 years in stock broking and portfolio management at various prominent firms in Mauritius, Steeven took up the post of Portfolio Manager at Confident in 2010.

BCom. Finance & Management, Master of Finance (Curtin, Australia). Michel joined Confident in 2009 as Investment Officer .

BSc(Hons) Actuarial Science (City, UK), Dip. Actuarial Techniques (Inst. of Actuaries, UK), Certificate Finance & Investment (Inst. of Actuaries, UK). Pierre-Yves has worked for the actuarial firm Bacon & Woodrow in England until 2002 when he joined their Mauritian Subsidiary as Consulting Assistant. He joined Confident in 2004 as Portfolio Manager.

Graduat en Sciences Juridiques (HEC, Belgium). Olivier was employed in Luxembourg until 2002 by Groupe Dexia Banque Internationale where he was responsible for compliance duties and private banking. Before joining Confident in 2005 as Portfolio Manager, he was Administration Manager with Premium Asset Management Limited in Mauritius.
