Laurent Desvaux de Marigny

Managing Director & Portfolio Manager

Master en Finance (Inseec Paris, France) | Brevet de Technicien Supérieur - Management/ Accounting (Lycée privé Levavasseur, Reunion Island). Laurent joined Confident as Portfolio Manager in 2000. He then worked within the real estate sector, before joining the team again in 2014.

Olivier Delos

Portfolio Manager

Diplome en Sciences Juridiques (HEC, Belgique). Olivier started his career within the Compliance and Private Banking department of Dexia Bank International in Luxembourg. Before joining Confident in 2005, he worked as an Administration Manager for Premium Asset Management Ltd in Mauritius.

Ingrid Béga

Portfolio Manager

Master in International Business (Curtin University, Australia) | BCom Marketing Management (University of South Africa). Ingrid worked at Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited for 7 years, evolving in the fields of private banking and specialised finance. She joined Confident in 2013 and is now one of our Portfolio Managers.

Elodie Maubernard

Portfolio Manager

Master en Gestion de Patrimoine, Université Paris 12 - IAE Gustave Eiffel | Master en Droit Privé | Licence en Droit | Licence en Administration Economique et Sociale, Université Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne. Elodie worked in Wealth Management at Société Générale France for 8 years, before joining Confident team in 2019. She’s now one of our Portfolio Managers.

Roumesh Oomah

Investment Officer & Senior Financial Analyst

MSc Financial Economics (University of Mauritius) | BSc (Hons) Economics (University of Mauritius). Roumesh started his career in the financial sector in 2011 and joined Confident as Financial Analyst in 2017. He was appointed as Investment Officer & Senior Financial Analyst in 2023 and chairs our Investment Committee.

Dominique Ah Ching

Corporate Services Manager

BSc. (Hons) in Management Studies. Dominique joined Confident as Head of Corporate Services in 2004. She started her career working in administration and finance in Mauritius.

Roshan Seetaram

Head of Legal & Compliance

Master of International Commercial Law (LLM) | Bachelor of Law (LLB) (University of Kent, UK) | Specialisation in Investment Management (University of Geneva, in collaboration with UBS). Prior to joining Confident, Roshan worked in various financial and law firms in the UK and Mauritius.

Renaud Lagesse

Chairman of the Board of Directors

MBA (INSEAD, France) |BSc. Agric (Natal, RSA). Renaud founded Confident Asset Management Limited in 1997 and is currently its Chairman. From 1997 to 2018, he was the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of the company. Prior to that, Renaud was Head of Private Banking at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild (OI) Ltée and started his career as an Agri-Business Manager

Antoine Delaporte

Independent Non-Executive Director

Master (ESCP Europe) | MBA (INSEAD France). Antoine is the Founder and Managing Director of Adenia Partners. He was an entrepreneur in Madagascar for 8 years, during which he set up, developed and then sold three clothing companies (2,500 employees).
Previously, between 1988 to 1994, Antoine was a manager at Bain & Co in Paris and London.

Gérard France de Fleuriot de la Colinière

Non-Executive Director

Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants | BCom (University of Natal, South Africa). France held several jobs in South Africa before returning to Mauritius in 1984. He subsequently worked in various Mauritian companies, including BDO & Co., before joining the Sugar Industry Pension Fund (SIPF) as Managing Director in November 1995, until his retirement in 2017.

Louis-Marie Perrin

Independent Non-Executive Director

Master ISEP (Institut Supérieur d’Electronique de Paris). Louis-Marie has a rich career in operational risk management within the financial sector, as well as in training and managerial coaching. Living in Mauritius since 2012, he founded Altilis Limited, a company specialised in training & consulting in Mauritius and Reunion Island.
